Ello everyone! How's it been? Sorry the upload was a bit late. Saturdays are my busiest days...Anyways, yesterday my mother showed me how to create one of the tastiest ice-creams I've ever eaten. YUUMMM-MEH! If you're a bit uncertain, GURL, don't be. It's so good, and let me see...how do I explain it. Have you ever heard of banana flavored ice-cream? Well, think of that, but with actual bananas! Oh my goodness! Actually happening right? And, this is perfect for people who want to eat healthy because you can use all natural ingredients. Okay. Okay. Let's stop talking and begin!
Here's what it looks like. Trust me, it's better than what you think. :)
Ingredients:
Coconut milk
If you want to, you can buy an actual coconut to use it's milk. I was just too lazy to do so. :P
Thai Bananas
They are smaller than what you think. You can't really find these in your typical grocery stores, so I would recommend an Asian supermarket to find these. You can use normal bananas, but I prefer these. (WARNING: Only eat when they're ripe because it'll taste better and sweeter)
Chopstick/ Popsicle Stick
Any stick will work as long as it's thin and small. I recommend using a small chopstick because it'll work better for the ice-cream.
Nuts
As you can see above, those are hazelnuts. I like it better with peanuts, but you can choose whatever nut that suits you. (Oh my goodness, that sounds so wrong.)
Recipe:
1.) Use a knife to cut your chopstick in half. Then, cut your banana in half. (Vertically, not horizontally. You know, from tip to tip)
2.) Use any huge spoon to flatten down both of your pieces. (Don't flatten too much!) Once you're done, but them together and set them once a large piece of plastic food wrap. (About a foot long)
3.) Pour your coconut milk over it. Once you're done, sprinkle the nuts of your choice.
4.) Now, cover your masterpiece in the plastic food wrap. Then, slip it over and repeat step 3.
5.) Then, put your chopstick in your ice-cream about half-way. After that, leave it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Once you're ready to put it in fridge, it should look like this. Yummy, right? I can't wait to eat it!
After three-four hours, you should be enjoying a scrumptious popsicle. Hopefully, this suits your taste. I know this may look difficult, but it's actually really simple and tastes delicious. I hope you guys may be willing to try it out. Thank you all for waiting for this post, and I hope that this recipe cooled you down in the hot summer. I love you all so much, and don't forget to comment below and maybe follow me? Again, I'm going to be posting less next week, so please be a bit patient as the week goes by. Thank you all so much, I appreciate your support. Mwah!
