Hello everyone! How are you guys? Today, I decided to try something different. Drum roll please!

Yes! I decided to draw an anime character from My Neighbor Totoro. For those who don't know who Totoro is, it's combination of creatures. Okay okay. Let's begin! 

Step 1: Lightly draw the outline.

Step 2: Draw two round circles for the eyes. Make sure they're above the little arms! Then, draw two little pupils with a glare on the right edge.

Step 3: In between the eyes, draw an upside down triangle for the nose.

Step 4: Draw in the belly.

Step 5: Draw three crescent shapes on the top of the belly. Make sure to leave a small space between each one! 

Step 6: Now, darken your outlines to make it look more like an anime character. While you outline, try not to make them straight. Make them look like a grassy surface to look like fur.

Step 7: Add shading to the arms, belly, ears, and head. Also, add some more grass-like lines on the belly, ears, arms, and well...practically everywhere. Just don't overdo it, and add them in random places to make it look more realistic. 

Step 8: Finally to the fun part! Coloring! Use a grey color pencil and color everything grey except the belly. (The crescents don't count.) Once you're done, you can add Totoro's name to the side and sign your name at the bottom.*cough* *cough* I should've done that.
