Here is the product:
Ta DA! I am practically drooling right now. Oh my goodness, it looks so good. (and tastes good too) Ugghhh...I feel guilty for eating this while I type. :P
Ingredients:
150 g butter
I used nucoa margarine buttery sticks, which cost $1.49 and come in about 150 g per stick.
275 caster sugar
For sugar, I used SB Sugar Powdered, and I only needed to use half the box. Cost: $1.49.
75 g cocoa powder
For cocoa powder, I used Nestle Hot Cocoa. I know it's weird, but that was nothing left. (Three bags were used) Cost: $00.99
85 g plain flour
For flour, I used SB All Purpose Flour, and I used about a quarter of it. Cost: 1.89. (Did you notice it was pre-sifted? I was too lazy to sift it :P)
Cupcake holders
For this, I used Reynolds Bake Cups. They are covered in aluminum to keep in the heat and they are perfect for cupcakes and brownies. Cost: $1.49
Icing sugar (optional) [I didn't use this, so I didn't have any pictures)
3 eggs [I was too lazy to add pictures of eggs :P They should be pretty simple to get though]
Okay, finally...those are the ingredients. If you can't tell already, I got these all at Stater Brothers for really cheap deals, and if you don't have one close by, just go to your local supermarket.
Fine fine. Let's begin, shall we?
Recipe
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit (Fun fact: I still have problems spelling that word) or 160 degrees Celsius.
Step 2: Pour in the hot coca powder, butter, and sugar in a huge bowl. Then mix until the butter melts and texture becomes thick and creamy.
Step 3: Sift the flour if it hasn't been sifted yet. Then, pour it into the bowl. (Don't do anything yet) After that, crack your three eggs and pour it into the bowl too. (with the yolk) Finally, continue to mix until the mixture has gotten darker and creamier. (I recommend you mix very fast and in one direction)
Step 4: Now, pour your mix into your cute cupcake holders. (They should make about 10 brownies) After that, put it into the oven and wait 30 minutes.
Yeeahhh! Once you're done cooking, you'll smell delicious...scrumptious brownies in your oven. Make sure to wait for them to cool down!
And....here's totoro trying to steal a brownie. That little rascal.
Simple huh? That was probably one of the easiest things I've ever done. Of course, I didn't make up this recipe. I got it from the Student Recipes website, so check it out! They have more simple and delicious recipes waiting for you! Don't worry, I didn't copy everything from them. I put them into my own words, added a bit more info, and changed the recipe up a bit. Anyways, thank you guys do much for reading. I hope you're eating one of the brownies now and enjoying the recipe. :) Love you all! Mwah!
